Melanie loves people and has always been passionate about seeing them grow to reach their full potential. Whether through coaching, mentoring, or fostering a sense of community, Melanie thrives on the shared journey of personal development and connection.
After working in the education sector for over 20 years as a teacher and leader, Melanie was ready to take her passion and the skills honed during that time to work more specifically on helping people to reach their goals.
Melanie went on to train with Authentic Education, a company that has helped to train thousands of coaches across the globe, to further strengthen her skills and gain new strategies to help clients achieve their goals more rapidly and effectively.
Over the last 25 years Melanie has had the pleasure and privilege of speaking to large groups of people, running seminars and facilitating workshops. In each of these instances there was a common focus on helping people to grow into the people they want to become. It is still one of her favourite parts of the job, speaking to groups of people to help reignite passion, rediscover purpose and increase productivity.
Melanie’s passion is to work with individuals and organisations who feel stuck and are ready to do the work to break through to the next level of growth. She is particularly passionate about helping people and organisations to find a healthier work/life balance so that they start to flourish in ALL areas of their life, not just some.
