Rapid Results Program
The Rapid Results Program (RRP) is an 8 week program where we meet (face to face or via phone/zoom) once a week to work on a specific goal you have. The goal might be related to your health, your finances, a new sense of direction, a job, or simply a better routine. We will work out what the exact nature of the goal is, why it’s important to you, what might be getting in the way and the specific steps that will work for you to get you where you want to be.

Momentum
Once you’ve done the RRP you may wish to continue working together, either on the same goal or on something different. This is a month-to-month membership that is designed to help you stay on track and keep moving forward.

Platinum
This service is designed for those who want continued success and optimal results in all areas. This service offers unlimited coaching calls plus a number of other benefits tailored to suit your personal or professional needs.

HSC STUDENTS
When students start Year 11 or move into Year 12 they can often find it hard to keep up with the demands or find the balance they need to do the journey well. Sometimes it’s not about needing a tutor for a particular subject they’re struggling with, but rather they need help with:
- Organisation
- Study techniques (that suit them)
- Time management
- Managing stress
The 6 week START STRONG (Year 11) and FINISH STRONG (Year 12) courses are designed to help your child to work towards achieving their academic, social and emotional goals during this tricky season.

THE BALANCING ACT
The Balancing Act is a workshop (half or full day) for businesses and organisations that are passionate about having healthy, happy and effective teams. It is based on the idea that ‘wherever you go there you are’. We aren’t just workers or individuals or partners or parents, we are all those things at once and when one area is out of balance, it’s not long before all areas start to suffer. The focus of this program is to help your team find a healthier work/life balance. It is designed to help people take time to reflect on areas of their lives where they might be out of balance and then to work on some simple strategies to make lasting improvements in those areas.
